Seen, Known, and Loved

In the house of Levi, Jesus is dining with a group of tax collectors.
The room is full of life — everyone joyfully talking, listening, and gathered around Him.
And one of those tax collectors… is me.
When I look at Jesus, I feel something deep within me.
I can feel His love.
I can feel that He is calling me.
I know there is something so holy, so different, so special about Him.
And I wonder…
How could the Son of God love a sinner like me?
I feel as though He knows everything I have done.
Every sin.
Every hidden thought.
Every shame I carry.
And yet, He still looks at me with such warmth, such mercy, such love.
He knows what I’m thinking even now.
And my heart begins to cry out:
“Lord, I am not worthy to sit here with You.
I have sinned so much.”
Then the Lord comes near to me, takes my hand, and says:
“I have forgiven you, My child.
You are Mine.”
